$1,500,000
A rare piece of the original Ralphs Family Ranch. In 1898, Oscar Ralphs, brother of the founder of the Ralphs grocery chain, purchased the Gorman Ranch. For nearly a century, the family raised cattle here for its Los Angeles markets. Today, approximately 20 acres of that legacy are offered across two parcels (APNs 3251-012-013 and 3251-012-124). The property borders State Park lands, which gives it protected open space and long mountain views where the Tehachapi, San Emigdio and Sierra Pelona ranges meet. Water is already in place: a commercial well and an agricultural well feed two 5,000-gallon storage tanks. The land suits an equestrian estate, ranch retreat, agricultural use or long-term hold. It sits minutes from I-5 and the fast-growing Tejon Ranch corridor. Buyer to verify zoning, well production and permitted uses.
